Above all, You are my main concern. Incandescent Skin understands issues arise, and being fair is my belief.  My Skin Care Clinic’s appointment policy requires cancellation notifications be made within 24 hours of your appointment. As a customer courtesy, I instill a single calendar year forgiveness if you are unable to comply within that time period at no charge.

If, however, this happens again I will have to assess a 100% charge for your scheduled appointment if cancellation is not made within the 24-hour time slot.


Incandescent Skin Facial Spa and Clinic takes exceptional care in accommodating clients to the utmost of our abilities. If for any reason you are a no-show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% for your scheduled service.


Gift Certificates are a perfect gift and are included in my final sale category. Furthermore, I will ensure to go above and beyond to make your purchase is well received.
