I understand that some people choose not to be vaccinated and I have zero judgment either way. My goal is to continue to provide the highest quality of customer service to each of my clients. I will continue to wear my mask to protect those who are unvaccinated as well as to protect myself even though I have been fully vaccinated.
For those unvacinated, please wear a mask.
For those vaccinated, wearing a mask is optional.
My request remains the same. If you don’t feel well, then reschedule your appointment. I need 24 hour notice in order to avoid 100% charges. If it is under 24 hours, then please give me a call. I will work with you.
Thank you for honoring and respecting one another as we continue to navigate these uncertain waters. I am hopeful that we are moving in a direction that is returning some normalcy to our Country.
As the Global Pandemic, continues, I will be complying with the CDC’s recommendations for increased disinfectant/sanitation protocols as well as personal protective gear. In order to protect both, you and I, I will be extending the appointment times to allow ample time to disinfect my treatment room before and after your appointment. I will also be wearing gloves, a mask. I am asking that everyone either pay online before, during, or after your appointment. Everyone should receive a text and/or email message reminder prior to their appointment with the amount due listed. If we need to use my device to process your credit card, I will wipe down the screen with sanitizer. You have the right to ask me if I’ve sanitized it before touching anything in my treatment room. It is important to me that you feel safe.
I am going to suggest that all my clients wear a mask coming into and leaving my building.
Prior to entering my treatment room, I ask that you go to the bathroom across my hall and wash your hands.
A new screening form has been added to Vagaro, my booking app. I’m asking everyone to book online and you will be directed to answer questions related to your health and well-being at each visit.
Forms of Payment I accept include: Venmo: (use: alissa-caillet), Zelle, HSA Health Care Cards, Care Credit, All Major Credit Cards, and of course Cash.
If for any reason you do not feel well prior to your appointment, please call or text me immediately so that we can postpone your appointment.
Because appointments could possibly shift, I may call and ask my clients to shift their appointment up or down. I do this to maintain a good timely flow between my appointments. I appreciate your flexibility.
