Now offering Epilfree — Professional Hair Removal System. FDA Approved since 2012

A Simple & Effective Alternative to Laser Hair Removal

Dr. Yoel Konis developed this formula years ago with his long term research on herbs and plants for healing skin diseases. He developed Epilfree serum which went unnoticed initially because, at the time, the industry came out with laser machines which were all the hype. Now many shutters with their laser experience because of the pain associated with some lasers as well as the fact that lighter hair can not be detected by the laser.

Epilfree is a treatment that goes along with Sugaring very nicely. The prerequisites include showing up for your appointment without any lotions or oils in the treatment area. We will sugar the hair in sections. After we remove the hair, the serums will be skillfully applied to the skin and must be left on for 6 hours thereafter. No shower or swimming for 6 hours. Each person will need 12 treatments for permanent hair reduction as well as minor maintenance consistent with laser hair removal.

Because Epilfree works with the hair growth process, we will move your treatments to every 5 weeks. There are three phases of hair growth, anagen, catagen, and telogen. We need to apply the serum during the telogen phase which is generally 4-6 weeks apart.

Does Epilfree work on everybody?

Epilfree works on everyone and is safe enough for children who may have unwanted body or facial hair. It can be used on any and all parts of the body. The treatments are safe and there is no danger of skin pigmentation or burns. It inhibits hair re-growth and will reduce the frequency of waxing more and more as it’s used. The results of treatment with the serums is higher than that of treatment by other methods.

Is Epilfree safe to use?

The preparation received approval by the Health authorities of the European common market and the lotion is manufactured at an approved cosmetic plant.

The serum does contain some active ingredients, so the manufacturer has decided NOT to authorize use on pregnant and breastfeeding women. This limitation has been decided by the company as a precaution only. Epilfree should not be used on irritated or damaged skin.

How many treatments are necessary?

Like laser hair removal, a series of treatments is typically needed to effectively reduce the hair in most areas. The need for a series of treatments is due to the way that hair grows in stages, with only about 10-15% of the hair on your body at any one time in the anagen stage where Epilfree can be effective. The exact number of treatments needed varies among individuals and body parts. We tell our customers to count on at least twelve depending on how much hair is currently there. In cases of hormonal issues, more visits can be expected.
